MISSION:

 

The Mission of CTED is to empower and prepare our students to become tomorrow’s leaders through a variety of collaborative and rigorous learning opportunities focused on career pathways related to local industry in technology, entertainment, and design. Through these efforts students will have a comprehensive portfolio to present potential employers or post-secondary institutions before they graduate from the program.

 

VISION:

 

 

The vision of CTED is to lay a foundation of success for our students in the dynamic technology-driven workforce so skills they learn throughout the CTED programs are transferable to their  future careers and beyond.

 

 

Curriculum

 

Student in CTED  will engage in curriculum that is integrated and provides accelerated options focused on student interests. They will engage in cross-curricular projects as a cohort group to develop a deeper mastery of content standards.

Advisory Board

CTED has an Advisory Board that meets 4-6 times each year. Our advisory board is comprised of industry professionals, post-secondary representatives, CTED teachers, parents, and student representatives. If you are interested in joining our Advisory Board, please email us at thompsoncou@pcsb.org.
