Snore No More Coffee Shop

The Snore-No-More Coffee Shop sells regular and flavored coffee, iced coffee, hot tea and hot chocolate.   This School-Based Enterprise provides a work environment where students in the autistic program at OFHS learn and develop vocational skills in a real-world setting.  There is the main coffee shop in the school cafeteria, as well as 3 satellite carts that take our products to our customers.  

The jobs our students learn encompass a wide variety of skills that we work on daily, including;  social interactions with peers and staff, learning the prep, set up, maintenance and cleanup of the work areas, problem-solving, appropriate interactions when working with others/teamwork, customer service, money and measurement skills, restocking and proper use of supplies.  From this experience, they gain self-confidence, stamina for work tasks, and learn to take pride in their work.
