Early Pick-up or Permission to Leave (PTL)

Requesting a PERMIT TO LEAVE

Please request as early as possible the day of.

Parents need to present a picture form of identification at the time of pick-up.

The student must be checked out through the front office.

 

Information to include in your email:

1. Student NAME and grade.

2. TIME requested to leave.

3. REASON for leaving (TYPE of appt)

4. The person signing them out or do they DRIVE.

NOTE: Students must remain in class for more than half the period to be counted as present.
To be counted present 7th period, students must stay in class until 1:35pm.
