Brown University Pre-College

Brown Pre-College Programs provide academically motivated high school students the chance to immerse themselves in rigorous academics and the independence  and responsibility of the college experience. 

Brown Pre-College offers students the opportunity to explore a variety of academic interests and fuel their passion for learning at an Ivy League institution that values and respects student voices and is known for embracing independent thinkers.

Academics

As a Brown Pre-College student you will experience the rigors of college-level classes as you study alongside peers from around the world who are as motivated and curious as you are. With over 300 course options, both on campus and online, as well as in locations around the world , you’ll find a course that engages your potential and in a program that mirrors Brown’s Open Curriculum

In addition to academics, you’ll engage in a wealth of out of class experiences! Our incredible Student Life Team provides a vast array of engaging, fun and informative social experiences to students on campus and online. You’ll enjoy the excitement and responsibility that comes from having the freedom to balance challenging academics and enriching social activities—without the pressure of formal grades.

Evara Health Institute Summer Healthcare Pre‑Apprenticeship Program

Evara Health Institute offers careerfocused healthcare training programs designed to prepare students for industry certification and employment.

Our programs include:

  • Medical Assistant
  • Dental Assistant with Expanded Functions
  • Pharmacy Technician
  • Behavioral Health Technician
  • Limited Scope Radiology

Each program is 9 months long and offered in a blended format, with:

  • Two oncampus days focused on handson clinical skills in a lab setting
  • Two selfpaced online learning days

We offer small class sizes, personalized instruction, and a curriculum designed to support student success and certification readiness.

Early Admit Program

Our Early Admit Program allows eligible high school students to begin healthcare career training while completing their secondary education.

This opportunity is designed for motivated students who are prepared to meet post‑secondary academic, attendance, and behavioral expectations.

The Early Admit Program is ideal for students ready to take the next step toward a healthcare career—while still completing high school.

Summer Healthcare Pre‑Apprenticeship Program

Evara Health Institute’s 6‑week Summer Healthcare Pre‑Apprenticeship Program provides students with early exposure to healthcare careers through hands‑on skills training, career exploration, and professional development.

Participants will engage in:

  • Career planning activities
  • Employer spotlights
  • Interactive workshops
  • Opportunities to earn certifications, including:
    • Basic Life Support (BLS)
    • Mental Health First Aid

Program Details

  • Dates: June 8 – July 24
  • Schedule: Tuesdays & Wednesdays, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • Location: Evara Health Institute, Clearwater Campus, 14106 58th St N, Clearwater, FL 33760

Eligibility

  • Ages 16–19
  • Current high school students or recent graduates

Participation Fee

  • $35, which includes certification fees, a program T‑shirt, and supplies

Application & Selection Process

  • Participation is limited to 30 students
  • An application is required
  • Applications begin review on May 1
  • Selected students must complete a participation agreement
  • A parent or guardian’s signature is required for students under 18

As students finalize their spring and summer plans, this is a perfect time to encourage them to make choices that build real momentum toward college. The Georgetown University Pre-College Online Program offers a flexible, online path for students to show colleges their readiness.

 

Students can choose:

 

  • College Credit: Get a head start with college credit courses offered in select subjects.
  • Interest Exploration: Dive into fields like law, business, medicine, and more with engaging enrichment courses.

Since our format is 100% online, it fits seamlessly with their schedule.

Gettysburg College Summer Camps

Gettysburg College is excited to offer several opportunities for high school juniors and sophomores to attend academic programs over the summer months. Students that attend a Gettysburg College summer camp will experience an immersive learning environment, welcome atmosphere, and historic yet contemporary campus setting.   • Young Civil War Historians Conference - June 12 - 17th, 2026 - Participants will gain hands-on experience in doing what professional historians do: using original historical documents, battlefield landscapes, Civil War photographs, and commemorative pieces like monuments and memorials as sources for drawing conclusions about the Battle of Gettysburg, and the Civil War more broadly. 
  • Start Here: The College Experience Camp  - June 28 - July 2, 2026 - Start Here: The College Experience Camp offers high school students an exciting opportunity to explore a wide range of academic interests through interactive activities, engaging presentations, hands-on simulations, and/or group discussions. 
  • Camp Psych July 12-17th, 2026 -Students will share experiences that introduce them to research in psychology in a fun, challenging, and engaging environment, as well as hands-on preparation for college studies.

Harvard Medical School Pre-College Online Certificate Program

Your Future in Medicine Starts Here

 

Experience Harvard Medical School through pre-college online courses designed for high school students aged 13 and older. Led by Harvard Medical School faculty, this engaging program brings medical concepts to life through real-world applications and interactive tools. With flexible online learning and expert mentor guidance, you’ll master key principles anytime, anywhere, and at your pace. And, by taking multiple courses, you can gain a foundational understanding of several medical disciplines. Lehigh University Iacocca Global Entrepreneurship Intensive

The Iacocca Global Entrepreneurship Intensive (IGEI) is a three-week, immersive, experiential learning opportunity for high school students to develop skills in entrepreneurship, leadership and global citizenship. At IGEI, we prepare participants to take on complex, multi-system, global challenges in creative and collaborative ways. This year’s program runs July 5 to July 25, 2026, right here on Lehigh’s campus in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

Rhode Island School of Design Pre-College Online

RISD Pre-College Online offers intensive, collegiate-level courses for students in grades 10 to 12 and ages 14 to 18. For six weeks, you’ll join students from around the world in online studio classes and critiques led by accomplished professional artists. You will also have access to events and workshops through our Campus Link.

With a commitment of two days of classes each week and flexibility to complete your assignments, you can have time to work or pursue other interests while developing your skills, building a portfolio, and preparing to study art or design in college.

Wake Forest University Summer Pre-College Online Immersion Courses

Summer is a perfect time for motivated high school students to start thinking about college.

Wake Forest University offers pre-college online courses to help students ages 13 and older explore their interests. The summer application period is now open. Through participating in our courses, students can discover if an interest could lead to a college major or even a future career.

William & Mary:  The Center for Legal & Court Technology at William & Mary Law School

2026 Online Summer Program

CLCT has developed a series of introductory law classes for high school and university students. This program gives students the opportunity to experience classes ​in the comfort of their homes using an interactive video conferencing platform. Classes last from 4 to a maximum of 14 hours and are designed for students who are keen to explore what studying law entails, and for those who have a passion for government studies.

Classes are aimed at high school and university students aged 14 & above.
