How to REPORT an absence

There are 2 ways that you can report an absence for your student.

 

Email your student’s grade clerk directly.

 

A - K Clerk - Tammy Bowling bowlingt@pcsb.org

L - Z Clerk - Lisa Bergen bergenl@pcsb.org

Senior Clerk - Cathy Nolan nolanca@pcsb.org

 

Send in a handwritten note or Dr.’s note to your student’s alpha clerk.  Please make sure we can read your student’s name & the date(s).

                              

***If your student must leave early for the day:    

PTLs (Permission to Leave slips) MUST be called or emailed into the grade clerk:
